Trolza opens assembly line in Argentina

The new vehicle is using lithium-ion storage batteries designed in Novosibirsk, in Siberia, by Liotech, a local innovative company.

Russian firm Trolza, will manufacture trolleybuses and is planning to set up an industrial plant in the Buenos Aires district of Florencio Varela. Furthermore, the company has sold the first five electro buses that are to operate in Córdoba, were purchased by Transporte Automotor Municipal Sociedad del Estado. Trolza, formerly known as the Uritsky factory is located in Engels in Saratov region of Russia.

Russia’s Rosatom is holding talks on building the sixth energy bloc for the Atucha Nuclear Power Plant. Gazprom is starting work on producing, transporting and distributing natural gas in Argentina.
