The new app makes possible micro donations of £1 or $1 to charitable organizations all over the world.
Russian supermodel and philanthropist, Natalia Vodianova, is now also creator of a micro-charity app aimed at the millennials — people aged 15-35 who cannot imagine life without their smartphones. The app hopes to “add meaning” to their online existence. The app, christened ‘Elbi,’ makes possible micro donations of £1 or $1 to charitable organizations all over the world, including Save the Children, Walkabout Foundation, Blue Skye Thinking and dozens of others. It took three years to develop Elbi, and the app is currently available only on AppStore.
